Business Mission
Acacia Collective is a coffee and coworking space in Rowlett, Texas - Opening in November of 2024. ☕
This shared space is part of a new initiative with The Grove Community Church.
Coworking offerings are available to members Monday through Friday, while The Grove utilizes the space for church services Saturday & Sunday - providing additional revenue & utility for both parties.
The Acacia brand was born out of a deep desire to connect with the surrounding community of Rowlett, creating a new space for neighbors and young professionals to connect.
Fundraising via Church Tax Refund
The new building project for Acacia Collective & The Grove is an expensive undertaking, costing upwards of $6M in material, construction costs, & more.
To reduce the financial load upon The Grove & investors, a profit-sharing initiative with our business, Church Tax Refund is in place. 50% of the proceeds from our ERC tax services go towards the building project, while incentivizing churches & nonprofits to choose us over other boutique ERC firms.
My Role: Site Designer + Fundraising
I personally selected the brand & design firm (Owens Creative) for this initiative after successful shared work in the past.
Once the brand identity / logo systems were approved, I designed the marketing & landing page site for the business, optimized for email capture & membership signups.
